- Local tools and Always On: Optional CLI 1.2.1 runtime 0.2.0 supports one explicitly approved public-note connectivity check. A local Eve 0.83.2 worker and a mock model completed that check and reloaded the same result with a fixture identity. A production-user identity, general background automation, an abrupt crash, and an OS reboot are not accepted. Install does not start a model, and there is no unrestricted Always On service. A saved agent or channel does not prove background execution.
- CLI: the macOS/Linux installer copies the command-line tool. It does not install a model or background service. Windows installation is not yet verified.
- Connections: configuration alone is not authorization. Slack is not yet verified as a public connector.
- Files: only explicitly attached, permitted context should be available to a task. Public docs do not expose private local instructions or memory.
- Compute: local and remote work have different data paths. Check the task’s actual route and result; estimated energy is not a charge.
A task should show an actual result before it is marked complete. If a connection or runtime is unavailable, keep working in the browser or follow the recovery action shown in the conversation.
