Supercomputer
Supercomputer is optional hosted capacity for approved work that needs more than the Computer can provide.
What Supercomputer means
Supercomputer is not the default local product. It is a routed capacity path that should be governed by permission, policy, and evidence.
It should not be described as automatic distributed inference across a user’s machines unless route evidence, capacity proof, and policy allow that exact deployment.
Best fit
| Use case | Status |
|---|---|
| Longer-running approved jobs | Pilot-ready |
| More compute headroom | Pilot-ready |
| Shared team capacity | Enterprise evaluation |
| BYO provider or cloud commitments | Enterprise evaluation |
Current boundary
Supercomputer is OFF by default in the current roadmap. It requires explicit user permission, route evidence, queue/capacity proof, and honest fallback or backpressure states before escalation.
Do not publish mesh node counts, credit balances, reputation scores, or hot-model availability unless those values come from live evidence.
Next steps
- Review Power Bundles.
- Review BYO cloud and models.
