Connections
A connection is a tool the agent can use.
Search the connectors that have a manifest. Email and Slack are source. SMS stays off until the carrier approves it. Nothing is connected until someone adds it.
A connection belongs where it was added. Add it on a channel and it stays on that channel. Add it on an agent and it stays on that agent. A connection on the agent does not spread to every channel it joins.
The list is the same manifest for both. Search, then add.
